Job Opening - Online Marketing Project Manager

We would love to hear from you if you have experience working with clients in one or more of these areas: SEO, PPC, Link Building, Permission Marketing and Social Media.

Are you an enthusiastic, innovative online marketer who successfully champions online marketing services? Do you like to point strategies to a clear ROI for clients? We need a strong team player who uses innovative thinking to improve services. Additionally, you should be comfortable with analytics tools and work well with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Online marketing project management
  • Meet in person with any client (effectively build a rapport, prioritize issues, and shape strategies)
  •  Ability to present data that accurately conveys program success while reinforcing the value of our services
  •  Plan and document key initiatives, strategies and tactics
  • Track and continuously refine metrics, including conversions, referrals, link popularity, rankings
  • Understand the major factors that influence organic search engine results
  • Research, identify, and establish link partnerships to help increase ranking and relevance
  • Foster relationships with internal teams, including IT, Creative and Management
  • Passionately embrace and excel at keyword research and selection
  • Perform other basic search engine optimization and online marketing activities, including but not limited to competitive market analyses, keyword friendly copywriting, email campaign development
  • Effectively persuade clients to support programs (from ROI tracking to content development)
  • Consistently track and communicate industry trends and information, regularly recommending how to include these best practices in our packages
  • Provide suitable training as needed to others on topics related to business and online marketing
  • Oversee campaigns, including management and overall performance tracking

Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of online marketing experience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related experience
  • Analytical skills (including using web analytics tools)
  • Basic understanding of HTML code and website architecture
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who can motivate others while pursuing targeted results Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Skills, Knowledge

  • Project management experience
  • Drive to contribute and succeed
  • Strong presentation skills (eye for formatting)
  • Proven track record in online marketing and campaign management
  • Familiar with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
