Lisa Rothacker joined the World Synergy team in August 2025, bringing 28 years of real-world experience from her family's restoration business, Roth Construction and Roth Cleaning, which her father Bob founded in 1967. Before entering the ERP industry, Lisa showed up on people's worst days—when their homes were damaged by fire or water—and became an advocate who helped them start putting their lives back together, serving as "the warm blanket in the darkest days of their life." Her hands-on leadership style and commitment to communication have taught her that people simply want to be kept in the loop, and that taking care of employees translates directly into exceptional client care. Lisa is passionate and hardworking with a can-do attitude, supported by her love of family. The best advice she's ever received? "It's not what you say, it's how you make someone feel."
