World Synergy Support — SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your use of the World Synergy text-messaging service ("World Synergy Support"). By providing your mobile phone number to World Synergy and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program description
World Synergy Support is a two-way conversational messaging program operated by World Synergy, LLC. We use it to communicate with our managed-services clients and their authorized end users about support requests, ticket updates, scheduled maintenance, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups to inquiries you have initiated with us. We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages.
2. How to opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages from World Synergy Support in either of the following ways:
Web form: Submit the contact form on worldsynergy.com with the SMS consent box checked. The box reads: "By clicking 'Text Me' you agree to receive informational text messages to the provided phone number. Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Privacy Policy and Terms." The box is unchecked by default; you must check it and submit the form for opt-in to occur.
Inbound text: Send a text message to our published support number, +1 (440) 588-8338. Doing so constitutes your consent to receive a conversational reply from a World Synergy technician.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with our support team. You may receive multiple messages per support conversation and additional messages for related ticket updates.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent or received. Check your mobile plan for details. World Synergy is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from World Synergy Support. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt back in. If you want to resume messages, reply START.
6. How to get help (HELP)

7. Supported carriers
The World Synergy Support SMS service is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Information you provide in connection with the World Synergy Support SMS service — including your mobile phone number and the contents of your messages — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://worldsynergy.com/privacy-policy/. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subprocessors strictly to deliver the messaging service (for example, our SMS gateway provider, Twilio).
9. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to opt in.
10. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
