A Better Sender Experience
Managing your inbox has never been easier, thanks to Shield’s latest update. Now, all messages that you need to review are delivered directly to your Inbox, eliminating the need for separate Review or Jail folders. Any remaining messages in Review can still be interacted with until the folder is empty—after which it will disappear.
Need to send a message to Jail? Simply move it to Junk and delete it! Additionally, Shield has removed the hourly First-Time Sender Review messages from your inbox. Instead, each email will now give you the option to either Trust the New Sender or Silence them, sending future messages to Junk, Jail, Archive, or Trash.
An Improved Heads-Up Display (HUD)
Shield revamped their Heads-Up Display (HUD) to provide a cleaner, more intuitive experience. The new streamlined design highlights the most important insights from each message, making it easier to assess an email at a glance.
For those using screen readers or who have images disabled, a text-only version of the HUD is now available, ensuring accessibility for all users. Clicking through to the Shield Portal will give you even deeper insights into your messages.
Introducing the Email Security Briefing
Shield has also rolled out the brand-new Email Security Briefing, a powerful feature that consolidates all your email security insights into one convenient message, delivered on your schedule. Haven’t had a chance to Trust or Silence new senders yet? Now, you can review all pending senders in a single click.
Additionally, if you accidentally send any trusted sender messages to Junk or Jail, you can retrieve them effortlessly from your briefing.
